Correct Behavior Inventories Program developed by which specific oilfield tasks are identified for employees and the correct behaviors for completing these tasks safely are listed. Orientation & Training Process by which all new employees are trained on core safety subjects, processes, and procedures which gives them the tools to progress in their job duties and contribute to the overall safety environment.
